Because of the pandemic, all but two of Joel Forrester’s engagements have either been postponed or canceled. On August 20 & 21, the JOEL FORRESTER TRIO will perform at the Lyon Opera. These concerts, sans audience, will be streamed live on YouTube.

In May, Forrester sent out an email appeal, asking who would commission him to compose and dedicate a piece of music. The response has been overwhelming!: in a mere month, he has received 120 commissions. To date, he has honored 33 of these.
